How it works

Three steps, about ten seconds

  1. Drop your photos

A few images or a whole shoot. Phone photos are turned upright and their location data is removed.

  2. Pick your outputs

Website sizes in WebP or AVIF, exact frames for Instagram, Stories, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Pinterest, plus Shopify, Amazon, Etsy and Google Business.

  3. Download one ZIP

Neatly named files in web and social folders, with a short guide on where to use each size.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is CrispSize really free?

Yes. No account, no watermark, no file limit. Your own device does the work, so there are no server costs to pass on to you.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. CrispSize runs entirely in your browser. Your images are read, resized and compressed on your device and never sent to a server.

Why WebP for websites?

WebP files are usually 25 to 35% lighter than JPEG at the same visual quality, support transparency and work in every modern browser. Lighter images load faster and improve your Google Core Web Vitals.

What are the right Instagram sizes in 2026?

1080 × 1350 (4:5) for feed posts, 1080 × 1440 (3:4) if you want the post to fill the profile grid without cropping, and 1080 × 1920 (9:16) for Stories and Reels. CrispSize has all three.

Why JPEG for social media instead of WebP?

Every platform re-compresses what you upload. A high-quality JPEG at the exact size they expect gives their compressor the cleanest starting point, so your post stays sharp.

Is there a limit on how many photos I can process?

No hard limit. Large batches depend on your device's memory and speed. A recent laptop handles hundreds of photos in one go.

Which files can I drop?

JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF and iPhone HEIC photos in every modern browser. AVIF where your browser can read it.
